I'm running LO 24.8.3 on Xubuntu 24.04.1. I have a book I wrote in a single .odt file all set to go for print export to PDF, EXCEPT:
The ToC lists the book title, "By" and my author name with all the dots leading across to page number 1 (3 lines). The Toc pages also have page numbers in the page footers. I'd like to eliminate the dotted lines for the title, by, and author name, including the page numbers for them. I'd be satisfied with not having these entities in the Toc altogether. How do I do that?
