... what is the problem with Apple - I've once again had to
re-download this great program, because mine quit functioning;
this seems to be an annual event - this time, I thought maybe they
wanted me to download from their 'store', but even though they even state
it's free to use, they want $10, which BTW only is for a portion of this
program ???
For some reason, Apple wants their programs used, even though these
do not function well, including having to shut down the computer
after using whatever because their program is still operational & won't
allow anything else to operate ???
I've tried umpteen times to call them, to no avail - there is no
Apple store within a 250 mile radius - but the 'phone line person (robot ?)
states just drop by their store anytime for help ???
If any of you great folks should happen to have any knowledge to
share, or comments, I sure would enjoy hearing from you,
