But you can assign what ever keyboard shortcut you want to basically whatever you want in LibreOffice. Have a look at Tools → Customize … → Keyboard: First select the keyboard shortcut in ”Shortcut keys”. Then select Insert in the Category list. Finally select Insert Current Date in the Function list and click Assign. You can also save your settings, so you can easily have the same settings on all your computers.
