Subject says it all.
I had version 25.x installed, simply the latest installer I found on my
Data-HD after upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Todat it gave a pop-up suggesting I should update LO.. The advised
version 25.x+n had already been overtaken by newer ones, of which I used
the latest.
When I did, it won't start, complaining on the absence of MFPlat.dll,
MFPlay.dll and MFReadWrite.dll. Possibly reinstalling could cure it,
which I did: first a repair (no dice) then removed and reintalled from
scratch (no dice either).
What did I do wrong?
