Here's my question: I just built and installed an SGE6.2u5p1 master/submit host. We have an running SGE6.2u1 installation with roughly 1300 execution nodes. Is it possible for me to use these execution hosts with my SGE6.2u5p1 master? I would, of course, first mark them as unavailable on the production system. In the short term, it will give us some execution nodes to use. In the long term, it would be good to know it this is doable when planning our execution strategy.
