You will get an error message when the SGE6.2u1 execd & clients (qsub,
qrsh, etc) try contact the SGE 6.2u5 qmaster.

However, you can mix SGE 6.2u5 with SGE 6.2u5p1 or SGE 6.2u5p2 without issues.
