I'm not sure what's needed.  If it's a question of building 6.2u5
sources with -32 on Solaris to fix an existing installation, try just
using aimk from 8.0.0a with the 6.2u5 source; I think that will work.
Otherwise, the fix for -32 on amd64 is straightforward.
