May be an issue with your aimk.site? Your compile command shows: "-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/include//usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/include". If the compiler can't find the header file in the "/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/include//usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.4/include" directory, then it would pick up the default one, which is likely to be a newer version than 4.4.20.
