I don't think US "works for hire" copyright has much to do with specific
companies unless they can buy the law, but I guess there was some
contract involved for providing the course.  I assume Georgetown were
distributing it lawfully.  [I don't think my career is relevant to
understanding copyright, but I'm afraid I have had to review US law and
I contributed to a Sun document that was to become a "Blueprint" until
that was overtaken by events.]

If that's a second person "you", I don't particularly want to, but I can
give useful stuff a home if it has a suitable licence and isn't readily
available otherwise.  It might not be easy to find if it's in Wayback as
it's been referenced at several different URLs.
