I *think* I know what the problem is. I will do some testing and see if it really fixes the problem, and then I can send you a fix. However, as we are releasing Grid Engine 2011.11 patch 1 (GE 2011.11 u0 p1) soon, this won't make it into the patch release. If you want to upgrade to a version with the fix, you will need to wait for Grid Engine 2011.11 update 1 (GE 2011.11 u1 p0).
