Hello
I distribute with open grid engine simulations, which are stored during
the calculations locally on the server. After the simulations are
finished, my script moves the results to a central storage manager. My
problem is, that in case of a cancelling of job with qdel, the generated
files will stay on the calculation server and will sum up, until the
drive is full.
Is it possible, to send a set of commands, when the job get cancelled,
which will move the generated files to the central storage manager?
