Hey, I've never had issues logging. You can even add an Ascii picture in front of your very important log to readily identify what you are looking for: Play with the settings and you should be able to get what you are looking for. Also, just in general, build short jobs that are easy to debug. e.g. try and not have a loop that has 100's of iterations because you will then hit Java's logging limit and well then no one can really save you. ps. if that is what you are doing increase the Java VM logging number.
