Contributions to the helm chart are always welcome, and the appVersion tag might be confusing in this case. If you look at the added values.yaml you will see that the tag being used for the image is "latest". So deploying this chart should result in Hop 2.15 running on your system. I personally do not think a helmchart needs an update on every release it only needs an update if extra options/features are added.
