I have 5 websites and all of them are different.
i.e. /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/site1.conf
 /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/site2.conf
 /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/site3.conf
 /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/site4.conf
 /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/site5.conf

So in which of them should I have NameVirtualHost thing.
