I was not clear enough, so I would like to add more words.
To make your 2002:180c:a043::/48 prefix reachable from outside,
someone (at least one guy) must act as public relay router, and
inject 2002::/16 to the IPv6 backbone. It seems that noone
is doing so right now. 6TAP do not have route entry for 2002::/16
(6TAP is one of the most biggest IPv6 peering point in chicago US,
www.6tap.net).
Try looking at 6TAP routing table via
http://www.6tap.net/6tap/6tap-lg.html (choose "IPv6" from command pull
down menu, type "route" into argument field and tap "submit" button).
There's no 2002::/16 entry at this moment (while I'm writing it).
