        I was not clear enough, so I would like to add more words.

        To make your 2002:180c:a043::/48 prefix reachable from outside,
        someone (at least one guy) must act as public relay router, and
        inject 2002::/16 to the IPv6 backbone.  It seems that noone is
        doing so right now.  6TAP do not have route entry for 2002::/16
        (6TAP is one of the most biggest IPv6 peering point in chicago
        US, www.6tap.net).

Oh, I see the problem.  Thanks for clarifying that.

I guess that's the problem with trying to use a connectivity method that
hasn't even reached the Proposed Standard stage yet...  (-:
