I'm trying to set up a secure (ssl) webserver, and have it on the 6bone. I've got a Solaris 8 server, and compiled up apache 1.3.12 + the latest kame diff, and it's working just fine, as I'd expect. But, when I try to use mod_ssl, it's not behaving well. Before I go into debugging of my config, is anyone doing this already and knows if it will work? I don't need any specific help (yet!) so I'm not putting any details here, I just want to know if anyone's doing it, or knows if it can be done. Do I need to hack at mod_ssl to get it to like this kind of thing : (from logs/ssl_request_log when I try to query it from netscape, looking for /index.html) [10/Oct/2000:19:50:48 +1100] ::ffff:203.6.241.134 - - "-" - Or will mod_ssl "just work" and I have a broken config? I haven't actually done this on a plain IPv4 apache, so that's quite a possibility, and I'm doing that now to see if it works, but in the mean time the list's experience would be much appreciated.
