It's also got to happen (or at least, where I've been working it desperatly
needed) in mid to large size companies, when they merge and interconnect.
I worked at a site that was an ISP of sorts between a number of large
companies, all using RFC 1918 addressing (10.blah). We had unmanageable
NAT. Desperatly needs IPv6, does that site :)
We needed Cisco to get their act together, and Chokepoint to get
firewall-none to do it too. I couldn't convince them that OpenBSD
and IPFilter would do what they needed :-/

According to the last rumour I heard, Cisco IOS 12.1 (5)T is
supposed to ship this month (Oct) with IPv6. Has anyone heard anything
about this?

And even Microsloth have offerings. They know they need it (ever
tried to NAT M$'s protocols? Urk ...)
