I can't understand fully about fully IPv6 enabled.
Anyway following commercial routers are available for IPv6.
(1) Hitachi GR2000 (5 models)
(2) Ericsson Telebit (AXI series)
(3) Nortel Networks (BayRS series)
(4) Cisco routers (Beta IOS)
