For some reason, the traceroute6 and ping6 utilities on RedHat 7.1
do not ship with the setuid bit set, which they need to have, just
like the IPv4 utilities.  Use:

        # chmod u+s /usr/sbin/traceroute6 /usr/sbin/ping6

to fix it.  -Nathan
