Hi All,
I have been working on modifying sendmail to use ipv6. While i was
successfull in using sendmail to send emails to users on the same machine, i
was not lucky enough for hosts across the network. For users on local
machines - i changed the /etc/mail/sendmail.mc(added my local host ipv6
addresses{ ::1, link local addrs, global scope addrs) and did a
"m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf" and then restarted
"/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail". What would i have to do to get sendmail working across machines? Any leads/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, -Sharath.
