Not quite.  NAT-PT is for aiding commication between IPv4-only hosts and
IPv6-only hosts, so more like 4->6.  There are a few mechanisms for the
reverse, such as BSD's faith(4) device, which reserves an IPv6 subnet
for use with IPv4 connections.  I'm sure there are others out there as
well, but that's all I know of myself.

Just out of curiosity, what are you actually wanting to do?
