I fixed the simpleapp-archetype integration test which was giving error: Could 
not find artifact org.slf4j:slf4j-log4j12:jar:1.7.7

I just re-ran mvn install, which ran without errors. Earlier when I got the 
problem, I was running 2 builds concurrently, one for simpleapp and one for 
todo, maybe this caused a conflict with updating my .m2/...  ??
