Right you are.

If it helps, to bring the story about Estatio [1] up to date... we started
work in July 2012, and it eventually went live in May 2014.  Jeroen and I
were the only developers on it, and even then we both worked part-time
(about 50%), and also the vast majority of my time was spent developing the
Isis framework rather than the application itself.  That work enabled the
company (Eurocommercial) to switch off the COTS/packaged application that
had previously been used for generating the invoices.

Since then, the team has expanded a little (though we deliberately keep it
small), and Estatio has had many releases into production.  Its scope
continues to expand - in many ways it is becoming the centre of operations
for the company - and is being rolled out into new countries later on this
year.  I think it's fair to say that the company has been very happy with
the results, to the extent that Isis seems to be regarded as the de-facto
implementation platform for new apps (one of which was the little Contact
App [2] recently finished).
