Pellet is owned by Clark&Parsia. The license is AGPL Version 3. Someone could choose to get Pellet and maintain/update it under an AGPL3 license outside Apache. http://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html The Apache Software License is recognized as compatible with GPL3. You need to check but I think it will also apply to AGPLv3 as well. Andy
