Jena does support Postgres, you need to define an assembler file that 
establishes the connection info for it and you need to have the appropriate 
jars, etc. I'll warn you though, I did some benchmarks using Jena with Postgres 
and the performance was pretty bad, using TDB was orders of magnitude faster.
