Because as far as I can tell, Jena/Fuseki is the *only* free/libre graph 
database. All other options are either non-free or with troubling, bullshit 
dual licenses. And I don't care of any of those non-free options because if I'm 
going to spend time and money learning a new piece of software, I'd rather 
support a free/libre one than a proprietary one.
If there are other free alternatives to Jena/Fuseki I'd be very interested to 
know, because I can't find any.
