Well … yes, I should try that (dump → reimport anew) and it looks like there is something odd with the data: I tried to apply MOVE GRAPH … TO GRAPH … on a named GRAPH with a smaller amount of triples, but still the excact same HTTP 500 aso. error appears (Server Error 500 Iterator: started at 5, now 6) Unfortunately there seems no data repair tool — the reason why I hesitate — to do dump → reimport — the data is very huge several GB zipped … well but it has to be done anyway.
