"updc_create: ioctlsocket() failed" error

Hi,

 

We use Anam's WirelessWindow product (based on Kannel), running on a Windows 2000 Professional PC.  Both the Scheduler Service and SMS Service log an error when starting.  The SMS Service exists after logging the error mentioned below.  These services run ok on a different PC. 

 

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve these errors?   Thanks.

 

Scheduler Service errors

ERROR: Couldn't bind a UDP socket to port 9201: Error (10049)

ERROR: updc_create: ioctlsocket() failed
ERROR: Failed to start UDP receiver/sender thread

 

SMS Service error

error connecting to server `127.0.0.1' at port `13001'
