I would like to make some remarks, that I think you linux-guru-developers
should consider:
I tried to set up a Kannel WAP gateway, starting completely from scratch.
The help file that Kannel provides, does not help a great deal (at some
times I felt really stupid, in the sense that i did everything the manual
said, but still no results). So I would suggest, to include some captures
of the screens that should appear when Kannel works just fine, and of the
outputs of the results. Not everyone is an expert, there are also some
beginners among us.
I would like to thank Jorg Pommnitz for his great help; I couldn't have done
it without him ( I would still be wondering why, after all setup of core
variables and ports was done, i couldn't see anything on my mobile's
screen).
Sorry for all the "stupid" questions I made..I hope I will have some good
ones in the near future :-)
