First sorry about this OT question, but didn't know where else to
turn for help.
I want to send OTA wap settings over SMPP. I'm currently not
using kannel but some perl SMPP modules.
The questions are about sending OTA wap settings in a multipart
SMS message:
1. what should esm_class be? (0x43 ?!?)
2. what should data_coding be? ( 0x04 ??)
3. what should protocol_id be? (0 ?)
4. How do I make the UDH?
5. How do I make the OTA message?
6. Which phones are known to support OTA settings.
If anyone can help me I'll be gratefull. Thanks.
