This message is generated by Kannel when using PPG_Test
with the control and content XML examples from the docs.

Kannel messed up the UDL (it was 70) and I got
an "UDL doesn't match length of user data" from my
Siemens m20 gsm modem.

So I calculated the right UDL (7bit) which is 80 and now
the Siemens m20 throws an error 500 (unknown error),
which isn't really helpful ;o)

Maybe someone finds the error in my message, I don't
know for example what the A7 value is...

greetings,
Ralph
