Hi Ralph,

if you can't find the problem, make this:
*) go in src/test/ dir of kannel
you can omit username e password if you don't put it in you kannel.conf file
look at the exact url as you put in your kannel.conf file
    you find content_file and control_file in kannel_userguide.pdf  (Appendix C.)

This should work. You can check log seeking for which SMS was sent.

Bye,
Enzo

Subject: Re: binary structure of a Push SMS

Hi Enzo,

it works now!
I looked at the Data Coding Scheme for SMS and it seems that
the M20 needs absolutely Bit 4 of the DCS set to 1 (which
indicates that bit 0 and 1 have a message class meaning).
So I changed the DCS value from Hex 04 to 14 (Bit  4 + Bit 2 for
8bit encoding) and it worked ;o)

But now I have the problem that the SMS isn't recognized
as Wap Push Initiator by the T68i, but shows as a very
scrambled text. I think I can find the problem soon.

Thanks for helping & greetings,
Ralph
