Thanks for the replies. But I don't find any controls for routing messages in SMPPSim SMSC. Is there any other good SMSC( There is no need that the protocol should be SMPP) that works well with Kannel. It should be free also
Is Commercial SMSC's are software program only or is it accompanied by any specific hardwares

No, it has nothing to do with Kannel. how will the SMPPSim route a message from the SMPP client to Kannel ? since the SMPP client is connected to SMPPSim, Kannel has no knowledge of the SMPP client until the SMPPSim notifies it that the client sent a message. you can enable debug logs (log level 0) and see the actuall message transactions between Kannel and SMPPSim.
You need to configure SMPPSim to route messages from the SMPPClient to Kannel. unfortunatly I dont have any experience with SMPPSim and thus cannot help you with it.
