I have access to
SMPP gateway . i am facing one problem
when the
connection is some how disconnected to SMPP Gateway improperly and when i try to
reconnect i am not able to connect to the machine
i always get the
error unable to bind on port
Could not
bind, error code: 5
what does this
errror mean ? is there a problem with my software of its a limitation in SMPP
protocol itself ?
any one has idea
abt this ?
