This 'kind' of interface exists, you can look in the kannel distribution 
for examples for this. You will need to code all the other things to 
suit your requirements. You can pick any server side development 
language that you want, e.g JSP, Servlets or ASP or php......

I would like to be able to send ring tones & logos to different kind of 
mobiles through a web site where the user selects his/her 
mobile phone and the logo/ring he/she wants.
Does this kind of interface exist ?
Do I have to programme one ?
Which documentation are you refering to? How to send ringtones or how to 
code web applications ?
If you are looking for info on sending ringtones, a good place to start 
is the Nokia website itself. Go to the developers section to download 
the pdf with regards to this.

If yes, how where can I find a documentation ?

Did anyone of you lot develop or use this kind of inter face ?
