Concatenate SMS must have an user data header(UDH) with atleast one information element (ie) with id=CONCATENATE_SMS, this IE will provide following information, you can get more information from SMSPDU related documents.
1. Unique Msg Id 2. No of Messages (Parts) 3. Current Message Sequence (1)

Hi all,
If a mobile user sends an sms greater than 160 characters, the mobile operator splits this into multiple sms messages and hands these multiple messages to us (i.e. to kannel).
I there any way of identifying these multiple messages as belonging to one message, and concatenating them back into one message
