My problem seems to be that command AT+IFC=2,2^M fails when starting bearerbox.
My configuration is:
- linux 8.0
- kannel 1.2.1
- Nokia communicator 9210,
End of the bearerbox.log looks like this:
[6] INFO: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: speed set to 9600 [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: --> AT^M [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- OK [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: --> AT&F^M [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- OK [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: --> ATE0^M [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- ATE0 [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- OK [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: --> AT+IFC=2,2^M [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- ERROR [6] INFO: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: cannot enable hardware handshake [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: --> AT+CPIN?^M [6] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: <-- ERROR [6] ERROR: AT2[/dev/ttyS0]: Opening failed. Has anybody had similar problems (even with other modems) or idea what might cause error.
