I've tried to use MSISDN provisioning of kannel.
Below is my config (myconfig.conf):

admin-port = 13000
wapbox-port = 13002
admin-password = scarlet3
wdp-interface-name = "*"
box-deny-ip = "*.*.*.*"
box-allow-ip = "127.0.0.1"

bearerbox-host = localhost

our-port = 1646
remote-port = 2646
secret-nas = jars
secret-radius = jars
After I ran command:
./bearerbox myconfig.conf
Here's debug log:
