I wrote to you yesterday about the configuration for your wavecom modem,
but you need more than that. You also need to do a "group = core", a
"group = smsbox" and a "group = sendsms-user" in order to send any
SMS'es at all.
Please read the documentation on www.kannel.org, it will tell you
exactly how to configure your sms gateway.
