It makes sense as long as nobody charges for the sent SMS. Let's make
things clearer: Our setup lets our users write SMS via a web interface to
any other mobile they want including themselves. The SMSC provider we have
lets us overwrite the sender address.

It would now be possible for the users to send SMS to any other mobile and
set the the sender address the same as recipient (whatever sense that
makes). However, we use the dlrurl to do some further message processing
including accounting for the users. And since that url is not being
executed we have a problem there...
