MMS Question

Hi all,   I am getting a little confused about my implementation of MMS.   It is necessary to create different MMS files for each type of handset dependant on screen resolution etc. Is this something an operator would handle if I passed the MMS to them over the MM7 protocol rather than sending a MMS notification through Kannel with my MMS file stored locally????   Steve
