One of my smpp service provider doesn't support udh, but for load balancing i have to keep it in the
preffered-smsc-id list.
will kannel do load balancing if forced-smsc-id is used in sendsms-user group?
is there any way that i can have full control over sending sms through smsc depending upon userids.
Any pointers will be helpful.
