good day to all, I have a question regarding smsc connection. Is it possible to add new smsc connection in the configuration file without needing to restart kannel. I tried restarting the smsbox only but the new smsc connection is not seen in the admin page( which i think is most likely that new connection is not added). Any comments guys?!!!
