* Handle about 5M SMS/yr * Max 1000/hr. There should be a web interface and/or SOAP to allow injection of the messages. It should be possible to send messages in individual number or "lists" (list can be multiple individuals or named lists which have been previously set-up). It should be possible to delete queued messages (i.e. before they've been delivered to an operator), and it's imperative that it's known if messages were delivered or not. Some messages will have short expiries and some longer. Messages need to be delivered to UK operators only. It needs to be reliable and resilient. Unfortunately timescales are short, and need to put some pricing together reasonably quickly. Any help appreciated, sorry if it's off topic.
