I'm interested in push option using Kannel as a PPG.
Up to now, I'm using the Kannel 1.3.1 only as a GateWay in a Linux RedHat 7.3
My technology is an IDEN - Packet Data, so I would like to know if someone use the kannel as a PPG in this technology.
I have some question, Is it neccessary to connect the PPG to an SMS-C or an MMS-C to send push alerts? Can I send push alerts to a phone only with the PPG without using an SMS-C or MMS-C? How?
