Hi Mailing List! I have a problem with testing Kannel 1.4.0 with SMSC. SMSC have limit on sending sms like 2sms/min and I try to use throughput=1, but I see the same error (0x00000058 (Throttling error)) in response to submit_sm. I think, that Kannel continues to send sms after reception of an error from SMSC. Please help me solve this problem.
