Does anybody have any experience with handling concatenated messages using the sar_ parameters (sar_msg_ref_num, sar_total_segments, sar_segment_seqnum)? Is it possible to pass UDH parameters, but the carrier I am working with doesn't pass those to SME's, but does SAR_'s instead.
