Guillermo, Kannel can split a _text_ message in parts (that means building the UDH's to mark the messages so the terminal can reassemble the SMS later), but not OTA logos nor ringtones. They have many different/propietary formats that Kannel cannot abstract.
You'll have to build the UDH headers and text (if you are using EMS or SmartMessaging) or the //SCKL parts, yourself. After that, use the send-sms interface to queue the parts. Hope it helps.
