smpp and billing

Hello,
I'm using succesfully kannel to send free sms, with smpp protocol 
towards one of italian operators (vodafone).

Now i would like to try to send billing messages and to receive delivery 
reports, but i have no idea of which kind of parameters setting on the 
gateway. Also i have no idea about the value of these parameters.

I have found something about "%B" on page 103, and the parameter 
"account" and "binfo" but, again, i don't understand how to use them.

What kind of informations may i ask to vodafone ? Can you send me an 
example of this configuration ?
